Instructions For Use:

• Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water 
• Position yourself for catheterization. Cleanse urethral opening 
• Peel open beginning of pouch and fill with sterile water, (or as instructed by your physician)
• Leave the catheter for 5 seconds to activate the coating. Leaving it for longer will not harm the catheter
• Locate urethra and gently insert the catheter until urine begins to flow 
• When urine stops, slowly begin to withdraw catheter until flow ceases 
• Dispose of catheter
• Product is designed for single use only

• Self-Cath Plus intermittent urinary catheters are intended for use in male patients requiring bladder drainage as determined by their physician.
• The catheter is indicated for those individuals unable to promote a natural urine flow or for those who have a significant volume of residual urine following a natural bladder voiding episode.
