PolyMem WIC is made for holes in the body. It grows to fill the space inside the hole, keeping it clean and wet while soaking up extra liquid. It's the main dressing for these kinds of wounds and doesn't have a thin film on the back so it can soak up from all sides. Other PolyMem dressings, like PolyMem Adhesive, can be used on top of it.
